Since the age of 18, Tommy has worked in sales: construction, automotive, retail. Year after year, he broke volume sales records at a company established in 1997. Everywhere he went, he saw the same problem: hiring. After going through a difficult work situation himself that pushed him to change jobs, he figured he surely wasn't the only one. He launched Apex to help businesses hire well, and to help candidates thrive in a demanding job market where a bad work atmosphere weighs heavily on morale. With his clients, he stays true to himself: friendly, respectful, with humour and honesty.
