The local market
Recruiting in Longueuil.
Longueuil brings together three boroughs with different profiles. Old Longueuil mixes retail and services. Saint-Hubert, with its airport and industrial parks, is a hub for aerospace and manufacturing. Greenfield Park, smaller, benefits from being close to Brossard.
Employers there compete with Montréal, ten minutes away by bridge or metro. A candidate who lives in Longueuil has options, and it's up to the company to give them a reason to stay on the South Shore.
What employers are looking for
Saint-Hubert and the industrial parks
Around Saint-Hubert airport, aerospace, maintenance and manufacturing companies are looking for technicians, assemblers, mechanics and supervisors. These profiles are often demanding in terms of certifications and rigour, and we pre-screen accordingly.
Retail, transportation and services
Along Taschereau Boulevard and in Old Longueuil, retail activity drives needs in sales, customer service and administration. Transportation and distribution companies are also well represented, with needs for drivers and dispatchers.

When you need to hire fast in Longueuil
A shop or warehouse that loses a key employee can't wait three weeks for a job posting to produce results. We start with the candidates in our pool who live in Longueuil, Saint-Hubert, Boucherville and Brossard, then widen the search. The goal is to present pre-screened profiles without you having to wait for an ad to make its way, and to let you choose between two or three people who are truly available.
