Recruitment agency in Drummondville
At the crossroads of highways 20 and 55, Drummondville is a manufacturing and logistics city. We help its employers fill their positions.
The local market
Recruiting in Drummondville.
Drummondville is known for its manufacturing base, which ranges from furniture making to plastics, food processing and metalworking. Located where highways 20 and 55 cross, it is also a hub for transportation and warehousing companies serving Montréal, Québec City and the United States.
In a tight job market, Drummondville employers often look outside: in Montérégie, in Mauricie, and among workers ready to move for a stable job.
What employers are looking for
Manufacturing: operators, technicians, team leads
Local manufacturers recruit machine operators, maintenance technicians, CNC operators, welders and production supervisors. The challenge is less finding candidates than finding those who will stay, and the quality of the welcome weighs as much as the salary.
Logistics and transportation
Because of its location, Drummondville is home to distribution centres and carriers. Needs include forklift operators, Class 1 and Class 3 drivers, dispatchers and warehouse supervisors.

Welcoming workers who come from elsewhere
When the ideal candidate lives in Montréal or Trois-Rivières, the employer has to think beyond the job: housing, moving, commuting. We help clarify what can be offered, for example a relocation bonus or a compressed schedule, and present it clearly. Vague promises cost a lot when the candidate discovers the reality after moving.
