How do your fees work?

No. The service is free for candidates.
What happens after I submit my resume?
We read your file. If your profile matches a search, we call you for a conversation. If not, we keep your file for future opportunities, with your consent.
Will my current employer find out about my application?
No. We never contact your current employer, and we only present your file to a company with your consent.
Can I apply if I don't have a specific position in mind?
Yes. Use the general application form to tell us what you're looking for.
